Coronavirus Update From Scherline & Associates
As we continue to navigate these uncertain times, the safety and well‑being of our clients, employees, and community remains our top priority. From the outset, have been tracking the CDC guidelines and staying current with the frequently changing federal, state and local directives, including the latest emergency declaration of Governor Tom Wolf regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Effective March 20th, the Attorneys at Scherline & Associates will be working remotely, allowing our lawyers to work within a secure environment. We are available by email, will continue to be available to take your call anytime of the day, and are still providing serious injury representation to all clients and those persons who were injured in a car accident, fall or dog bite and are looking for representation.
For our current clients, although we have closed our physical office, the Attorneys have online, remote access to the Firm’s Computer network and can access all emails remotely. With technology, we are able to have your entire file at our fingertips while we continue to work remotely. We remain available to speak to you by telephone or email. Unfortunately, many Courts have closed to the public and are postponing Trials, Hearings and Conferences. If scheduled events in your case are delayed, we will notify you. Although there may be a slight delay in your case moving forward, please know that all necessary parts of your case will be rescheduled and we will continue to look out for your best interest.
For those persons who were injured and are looking for representation, although our physical office is temporarily closed in accordance with Governor Wolf’s mandate, we remain able to review your case remotely. You can still call our office at 610-437-1100 and speak with one of our knowledgeable lawyers. You can also fill out our online Case Evaluation Form at www.scherlinelaw.com. Either way, we can evaluate your case, send you the necessary paperwork to start your case, and begin our aggressive representation of you. You never need to leave your home and have unnecessary public contact and potential exposure.
We certainly are living in extraordinary times, and we are confident in our team members’ ability to adapt to these temporary changes seamlessly as we continue to deliver the high level of representation you deserve and the Lehigh Valley has come to expect from Scherline & Associates. We will continue to take proactive, educated actions with the needs, health and safety of our clients, employees and communities at the forefront of every decision we make. Please stay safe, and we hope you and your family remain healthy in these difficult times. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns: 610-437-1100 or www.scherlinelaw.com.
